Ingredients and directions, in order
1. Mix together in medium sized, heat tolerant plastic bowl:
1/4 C Flour (Tapioca flour is best, all purpose also works)
1/4 C Soy Protein Isolate
1/8 C Sugar (FT)
1/8 C Powdered Sugar (FT)
1/4 C Cocoa (FT)
1 T Tapioca Starch
2. Add:
1 C Cold Water
4 Drops Vanilla (FT)
3. Stir well, then use beaters to thoroughly mix pudding mixture. Then pour into:
1 C Boiling (or near boiling) Water
4. Turn heat down to Medium, stir constantly until thick, then turn burner off and pour ingredients back into plastic bowl. Beat with beaters until smooth. Cover with plastic, so that plastic touches entire top surface of pudding, chill for at least an hour, until completely cold. Serve into bowls or desert cups. For a nice flair, use plastic or glass/crystal goblets and top with fruit, whipped "cream", etc.
