Healthy Saltine Crackers

1/4 C Flax Meal
1/4 C Soy Protein Isolate
1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Olive Oil
*1/2 C Water (About 1/2 Cup. Just until the dough can be rolled thin.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Utterly Sinful Chocolate Cookies

1. Mix together:

1/2 C cocoa
1/4 C Isolated Soy Protein Powder (any soy milk powder would work)
1/4 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Cream of Tarter

2. Add:

Option 1 Option 2 Option 3
1/4 C Smart Beat
1/4 C Oil + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer
1/4 C Smart Beat
1/4 C + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer
1/8 C Smart Beat
1/8 C apple sauce
1/4 C + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer

Roll into balls, place on prepared pan, then flatten with the bottom
of a cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
