1/2 C cocoa
1/4 C Isolated Soy Protein Powder (any soy milk powder would work)
1/4 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Cream of Tarter
2. Add:

| 1/4 C Smart Beat 1/4 C Oil + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer | 1/4 C Smart Beat 1/4 C + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer | 1/8 C Smart Beat 1/8 C apple sauce 1/4 C + 1 Tbsp Liquid Egg Replacer |
Roll into balls, place on prepared pan, then flatten with the bottom
of a cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
